2. Subscription & Billing

Subscription Terms: Services are billed on a monthly basis, beginning on your date of sign-up. Access continues until the subscription is canceled.

Initial Setup Fees: Some plans may include a one-time setup fee. This fee is charged immediately upon signup and is non-refundable.

Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other secure digital payment methods.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

Monthly subscription payments (partial or full)

One-time setup or onboarding fees

Digital product downloads, including templates and branding assets

All sales are final. By subscribing or purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your SmartScale dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected]. Once canceled:

You will retain access through the remainder of the current billing cycle.

Your access to platform tools, automation, and integrations will end at the conclusion of the cycle.

You will not be billed again unless you resubscribe.

We encourage you to cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You agree not to share your login details or grant unauthorized access to your account.

Any activity under your account is your responsibility, including third-party actions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, templates, videos, automations, and software developed by or on behalf of SmartScale Beauty Pro remain the sole intellectual property of SmartScale Beauty Pro. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share these resources without written permission.

7. Digital Products & Templates

All downloadable files, templates, mockups, and documents are for personal business use only by the purchasing party. Redistribution, resale, or rebranding is strictly prohibited.

8. Support & Communication

9. Limitation of Liability

SmartScale Beauty Pro is not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal disputes resulting from the use of our automations, AI tools, or services. We are not liable for third-party app or software integrations, downtime, or client-side configuration errors.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any legal action must be brought in Harris County, TX.
